Native American Style
Flutes
I started out by trying to create a unique present for my daughter and find myself hooked on making native american flutes. This website is an outgrowth of the enjoyment I'm finding with these marvelous instruments.
I started out with great information from Don Rivaldo.  I constantly research different flute making techniques, notably Don Rivaldo and Raymond Redfeather. Other great information available from Tony Sawyer, Sunny Heartley, Spirit Man, Erik the Flutemaker, Keith Stanford and many others! I owe a great deal of gratitude to them for sharing their techniques.
The photo above was my first attempt. I have finished 32 flutes so far and have several more in the works. Just finished a couple from bamboo and hope to experiment with this material more. I will be adding more pictures and sound files soon.

Also, check out the contact page for a video with NAF music.
