"Native American flute" refers to a particular type of musical instrument and does not imply that it was made by an enrolled member of a federally-recognized tribe. Clear Lake flutes are not "Native American made" as specified by the U.S. Government. If you wish to own a flute made by an enrolled member of a federally-recognized Native American tribe, you can find flutemakers on the web or the ebay links on these pages.
